A new toy for the old girl
My son-in-law knows that I love Tech Toys and that I need all the energy I can get. When he came down to visit on the weekend he brought me a present.
It's a Satechi 10000 mAH Portable Energy Station which got a great review on Wirecutter. It should ensure that I have all the energy I need for the days I intend spending in archives and libraries and the long journeys I have ahead of me.
It will be useful for charging my trio of Samsungs, the phone, the camera and the tablet.
Thanks David.

Are you in the market for a new phone?
It's time for someone in my family to update his phone and I have decided that one of the new phablets would be useful for him as he doesn't have/want a tablet but finds emailing and browsing on his small Samsung smartphone a challenge.
Whether we stick with Samsung or go with HTC I am not sure but this lengthy review of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 may help me make up his mind.
